I searched the internet for quite some time and did extensive research before deciding on the P7010D. I had sold my IBook and really needed a new computer. But Portable One was out of stock until the following week, whereas a couple other suppliers had them in stock. After reading the reviews on Leog.net and taking into account the free extras, I decided to order from Portable One and wait it out. That was the best decision I ever made!

I had been communicating with a guy named Victor when I heard they were backordered and was considering ordering from another supplier. He answered all my questions and helped process my order. He was very helpful and patient. And since he knew I really needed a machine, when a few machines came in a day early, he configured it the way I specified and sent mine overnight express! I got my P7010D a day earlier than expected with upgraded memory, a 3-year extended warranty, a free fingerprint sensor upgrade (which I love!) and a free Sleeve and Accessory Pouch.

I love this machine and I am very glad that I waited and ordered from Portable One! I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and look forward to continued service if I need it!
