I suppose this is me just piling on, but I've had EXACTLY the same problems with this company as everyone else. If you're reading this, and you haven't ordered from the company, PLEASE do yourself a favor and don't. I know that you're interested in the lowest price, but I PROMISE you that whatever you're buying will not come for as cheap as they are "OFFERING." Regardless of what it says, they DON'T do free shipping. In fact, they tried to charge me nearly $90 for "shipping insurance." When I called back to tell him that I thought that was crazy, especially since the order said "free shipping," the rep told me, "well, if you don't like it, cancel it." I had already waited a week, and I called because they sent me an email saying that my wife put the wrong zipcode (apparently they do this little gimmick often). These people are crooks, and we shouldn't allow this kind of crap in our society. They can shove it for all I care.
