I wasted a week of precious holiday shopping time, before they told me it was out of stock, after telling me they had plenty in stock. Also they required a phone call before the order would begin, which they did not specify on the website. “This customer did not answer and return our phone calls when we wanted to immediately inform her that we just sold out of the item she wanted. She called us back only a week after, which explains her claim "I wasted a week of precious holiday shopping time." On the other hand, we always verify every single transaction we get before we start processing it, if a customer does not answer when we call them, we ask them to call us back.”
