I made a mistake by not reading reseller ratings before dealing with this vendor. Just like the many complaints below I have not been able to contact Mr. Soo Y. Um by phone or email to find out where my order is. He does have some nice reading at the BBB Link http://www.dc.bbb.org/report.html?national=Y&compid=80015876
Here is yahoo's respone to my question to them...I am glad to know they care....what a joke.
