Good thing, my mint broke. The process was easy, they sent me an email with shipping label. A little after I dropped the box off at usp I recieved the email saying I can redeem my amazon gift card in the amount of a full refund, which I asked for. the squar trade warrenty is reasonabally priced and process made very simple. Their chat staff is awesome (chatted about 4 times to ask questions) The website is easy to maneuver and when I clicked on the think chair icon I got a pop-up window with 15% savings code which made my purchase even more pleasant. It only took about a week for them to ship out the product. I should be getting it tomorrow. It was shipping out from the manufacturer so the Human Solution did their job and I\u0027m very happy.
