I made my order 19 of november...The package arrived fast,one week or so,but was incorrect item inside. Much cheaper... So I wrote a notification about this and I got a quick answer from the store. They ask me to send back the part which was wrong,so what i did and were waiting the next package with a good item.
Yes after a week or 10 days I got another package...and yes they send me the part of good item,but the complect is not full!
This Item is a gift...And now I can't gift it... Are the goggles without bag and box (original I mean)
Another thing: I paid for the transfer back the wrong package and the BG ask me to send them a bill,what I did...But today almost one month since I made my order and I am still waiting the money which I spend to send back the package, I am still waiting the box and the bag from those goggles.
The bad part is that cristmas are soon and as BG refuse to answer on my email,I guess I have to find another gift...
I am very sad,cz I ordered it in advance. And I also used another online stores in this period and with all others I didn't had those problems,yes was some,but to compare to this one is nothing...
I dont know how to they work inside of UK,but for people who live in Europe I can not suggest this online store as their service is poor and every package they send is like a casino,or you win and will have right item and good mood,or you loose and will get a wrong one and stay in a bad mood for a long time...
Take your decision :) I did mine: I dont want to waste my money and time,so I prefere to use other companies service.
