The manager called me back regarding my experience in NCIX.com, he explained in details and good manner that the item I ordered is a special order that they do not carry it in stock, but has already placed an order from the manufacturer. It is a little bit confusing to me at the beginning when I check out from their website that thought the item is in stock - in their warehouse. I admitted that I didn't read every lines in their website and missed this important point. The manager is talking in good manner and i would like to consider shopping there again in the future.

Very bad customer service. Order placed a week ago, website say product is in stock but not even shipped out after a week. Called their customer service, told need 4 more business days to ship out the product, totally insane for a in stock product. And when asked to cancel the order, phone call got hang up abruptly. Need to call back again to confirm the refund. Never shop again in NCIX no matter what their price is. Zero customer service.
