after the company saw this review I posted below, someone did contact me and promise to refund me my $3 restocking fee. I was also told that if I decided to purchase from them again I would receive 20% off my order. The DID ask me to update this and give them a hire review, and I think that's why they offered me so much. I did a lot of complaining about "Vivian" and they assured me she would be dealt with properly. I'm satisfied that someone did see this and decided to correct the issues that I did have, but I still don't think they've won my trust back 100%.

This is the most ridiculous company ever! I placed an order for 2 items and after a week of not receiving any information on when or if my order was shipped, i tried to contact the company. Their phone was never answered, went to a full mail box, or was "disconnect". I e-mailed them and 2 days later got an e-mail back saying my package would be shipped "shortly". I sent a second e-mail saying to CANCEL the order because I wouldn't have the products when I needed them. Low and behold an hour later I get an e-mail saying the product has been shipped and I should receive it in a few days. I e-mailed this "Vivian" person back who sent me the e-mails. She told me it was not her fault and it had already been shipped. I pointed out that she ignored the e-mail (it was opened and read, i was sent an e-mail once it was opened from my e-mail provider) and she started giving me some serious attitude... i received the package. I took the unopened package to my local post office, COMPLETELY UNOPENED, slapped at RETURN TO SENDER -THIS ORDER WAS CANCELED, and a tracking number on it and sent it back. Today, I got another snotty letter from this Vivian woman saying that "when they get the package back", which i checked--it was delivered yesterday, it will be reviewed in the order it was received in and i should see a credit to my account with in 7-14 business days minus a restocking fee...
I am sooo angry with this company. They clearly have no idea how to conduct business and it's such a shame considering they actually have some really nice things at a decent price. It's a huge scam and I can almost bet I'm not getting my money back, so I filed a claim with the bank. I really wish I would have read all these other reviews before I purchased from this company.
UPDATE--------------as of 4/6/12
today i received an e-mail addressed to a "dear j" (there isn't a single J any where in my full name) saying that they saw my review on this site and would be more than willing to correct the problem... i FINALLY did get my money back after my bank went after them for the claim I filed with them for fraud. (this was just about a week ago they forked it over) they did take a $3 "restocking" fee... but at this point i don't care. I just wanted them to go away. still think it is a horrible business and would never even consider trying to purchase a thing from them ever again. after telling a friend about it she informed me that they sent her everything in her order 2 months late and all in different sizes. she's a medium. everything was either large or small and they refused to take any of the products back. she ended up being stuck with $200 worth of lingerie in which none of it fit...
