I tried the customer service number about 100 times, it just keeps hanging up on me. I e mailed, sat online with the online chat feature, and it is now APRIL of 2009 and I do not have a refund, or my product. The e mails go un answered, and I can not get a hold of anyone to talk to. I am out $50...so disappointed.
