I tried to order a pair of 100 Watts Eagle Eyes round fog lights with clear color lens to replace the broken pair on my car.
On the product page, it shows a photo of the fog lights with clear color lens, but at the bottom of the page there is fine prints saying the lens are in amber color. I didn't notice the fine prints until too late.
They will not replace the product for me without charging restocking fees.
The photo on the page is clearly misleading.
They should replace the photo with the actual product image instead of the misleading one.

I have ordered a case window kit from them.
The item listed price is cheaper than most other online dealer that sell the same kit.
However, the shipping rate is kind of high, which make it totally price isn't that much cheaper than other dealers.

The order process is smooth. The package arrived in a very short period of time. It took just a couple of days for it to arrive.

If I remember correctly, somewhere in their product introducing page, they claimed the clear plastic of their window kit uses laser cutting which make the clear plastic edge smooth and presice. The outer edge of the clear plastic does exactly what it claimed, smooth, clean, nicely finished. However, the two 80mm holes made for the fans doesn't match that quality. The edges of the 2 fan holes are kind of rough and not as nicely done as the outer edge of the clear plastic. I wish they can improve this part of the process.

Update (July 1st)
Soon after I left this feedback here, I was contacted by e-mail thru their customer service people. They are nice enough to offer me a replacement for the item because of the rough fan holes with no charge.
It's very nice of them to do this for me.
This is a proof that they are up the reputation they have on this site, really caring about customer and service quality. Good job!
I will sure order again from them.

Update: 7/12/2004
Needed an aftermarket video card cooler to replace the lame heatsink and fan unit on my newly ordered 9800pro. Found a cheap deal for an Arctic-cooling silencer for $15.00. The package arrived shortly without problem. Again, this prove that this company can be trusted. Will sure order from them again next time when I need cooling device/case/power supply/external parts.

I have mixed feelings about this company. The good is, they have alot of older computer parts that others dont'. However, the bad is their quality customer service.

I purchased an older model Abit motherboard on October for my friend's birthday. My friend told me he didn't receive it 2 weeks after I made the order online.
I then e-mailed them but go no response. So I called them and found out that they put my order on hold because they have found a problem with my billing address, which I am sure I gave them all the correct information. What piss me off is, why didn't they noftify me as soon as they found out they cannot charge my credit card. Why I have to be the one called first and discover the problem. I mean, if I didn't call, my order will then be placed on hold forever?
Anyway, I called them, get the billing address thing sorted out.
I was expecting my friend to receive the motherboard in a week because he was going to move out of that address after 2 weeks. He lives in another town 2 hours away from me. Because of this delay I pretty much sure he won't be getting it before he move out. Therefore right after I give them the billing address again, I told them to update the shipping address immediately so that it will be shipped to me instead of my friend. The guy promised me they will update the shipping address.
Another week has passed and neither I or my friend have received the package. I checked my order status again on their website and found out that the motherboard has been shipped out, AND it was on its first day of shipping via UPS to the OLD ADDRESS. That drove me nuts.
Since I know there is a service from UPS for you to change the shipping destination for your package online immediately. I called PCliquator again. The same guy picked up the phone. I told him the situation and asked him to use that change of address service from UPS website. But he kept telling me that it couldn't be done. Obviously it was not true and he was just too lazy and did not want to go thru that much "trouble" to do it for me.
Thus, I and my friend both have to call the 2 UPS local offices in his town and my town to get those UPS people to forward our package. Fortunately, those UPS staffs weren't as irresponsible as that PCliquator guy and helped us forwarded the package smoothly.
You may say "since we can sorted this out ourselves, what do we still have to complain about?"
The points are:
1) They put my order on hold and did not contact me.
2) They could change the delievery address easily with a few mouse click and save some shipping time and they refuse to do so.

I would only recommend this company to other people IF they have the item (usually older model) you want and you can't find it anywhere else. Then go for it and make sure they are able to charge your credit-card and you going to be stay in that shipping address until you receive the item.
Otherwise I won't recomment it to anyone.
If you can find the item you want somewhere else, don't take the risk.

This company is great.
Before I place my order, I was looking at a couple other companies that also has the simular type of item I wanted to order.
Axion Tech. was ranked the highest among the 3 companies I was looking at. Both the other 2 companies have rather bad reputation.
The item I was ordering was just a cheap piece of USB keyboard that only worth $10 bucks. I was thinking, this isn't a high-tech item and there isn't much thing can go wrong with it, so I guess it shouldn't be a problem even order it from a "bad" company with bad reputation.
However I finally decided I don't want to take any risk even its just a 10 dollar deal. I want to sit back and relax while waiting for my item to come to me.
And Axion sure didn't let me down and proved I made a correct choice.
They didn't just go cheap on me even it was just a $10 business (total $20 with shipping added).
Right after I made my purchased online they immediately sent me a confirmation e-mail about my online purchase.
I then received another 2 e-mails that told me they processed my order and sent out my item, and gave me tracking number.
The keyboard arrived on the exact date they told me. They also packed it so well even it was just a cheap keyboard. The packing sure protect the keyboard very very well. They overdone it!
This is a great company an I sure will order from them again.
