I wanted to use it as a Christmas gift, so I used the option to convert the online code to a physical gift card. The card never arrived in the mail. I have contacted the company via the long distance number they offer online and left 3 detailed messages over 3 months. I have never received an acknowledgment. Should have searched their reviews first, but I have used the online codes without issue twice. I will not be using again.
