I purchased my warranty after purchasing an tablet for my son for Christmas. The tablet was damaged a little later. I registered the tablet for my Square Trade warranty. Submitted my claim on line and submitted my proof of purchase for the tablet and they processed the claim immediately. Our tablet was not able to be repaired so they issued us a check for the purchase amount of the tablet. I am very pleased with the prompt and professional service I received with Square Trade.

Thanks Square Trade for making the process simple and customer friendly, which is a blessing for those of us who have busy schedules.
