Memory Express is the type of computer store I have always dreamed of. Very clean and bright and filled with friendly and helpful staff. I've always enjoyed building my own computers and getting the most bang for my buck. I would never dream of buying an HP or Acer somewhere like Future Shop as 'custom' is always the way to go.

Most of the time their prices are lower by at least a few dollars, but in cases where it's not I end up saving more by using their price beat guarantee.

The biggest plus is probably just how knowledgeable the staff are. It's very difficult to keep up with all the changes and new technologies, so a lot of the time I'll need advice. I always go with their recommendations on my custom builds and have been very happy with each one of them. I've recommended them to some of my non tech savvy friends who were very impressed with their end result and just how easy it was.
