order two pieces for the fridge, upper and lower door cam. One package arrvied said ship together. but only one part, called they said they would escalate the situation and get the other part out. Waited called they said wait a few more days. waited no word called, was told never escalated, they had me speak to supervisor said they would ship out. Never got called, no email so i called again. Was told sorry they would check into it,and would try to resolve, all i wanted was part i ordered shipped to me. parts were 2.99 each shipping was seven dollars. They finally called back left message, they will refund cost of part i did not recieve but not the shipping fee, and if I wanted that part would have to reorder and repay shipping fee. Called asked to return and get refund for the part i did recieve since need both pieces to work. Will use sears or someone else next time. Note friendly and helpfulcustomer service very polite but never did what they said they would do.
