This is a terrible company to deal with. I placed an order on 5/24/12. They provided a delivery estimated date of 6/1/12. I called in today (6/6/12) to see what happened with the shipment.
Firstly, I received a snarky representative that had nothing but a sarcastic tone. I asked where my shipment was. After being placed on hold for ten minutes while a representative checks on the status, they tell me it will ship out 6/22/12.
What garbage company does this? I can understand if there was a delay in the shipment, but the customer should be notified. I asked politely if the shipment can be expedited once it arrives at their facility. Surprise, surprise - It's NO.
This is the first time I've dealt with this company and this will most definitely be my last. Garbage customer service matched with just as bad communication with the customer. Save yourself some grief and order from a real company.
After more sarcastic tones from the representative, he said I will be receiving a refund (confirmation still have not arrived).
UPDATE (6/7/12):
I had an email correspondence with the Victor, the CEO of Betty Mills. He's a fantastic guy that researched what happened to my order and he did everything he can to make it a better shopping experience for me. I commend him for taking his time of the day to make sure that all of his customers are satisfied with their purchase.
I might have been wrong. It might not have been the business that is the problem, rather maybe it was the representative I dealt with or the lack of training. Either way, I think I'll give Betty Mills another shot down the road.
