BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY FROM COLEMAN FURNITURE!! THE SMALL SAVINGS IS NOT WORTH WHAT YOU WILL GO THROUGH!! I Bought a sectional Ashley Sofa from Coleman and saved $200 by not buying through my local Ashley Funriture Store. The Sofa took 6 weeks to show up. The reclining Chaise did not work. I argued with Coleman Furniture for 2 months before they agreed to do something. They did not even know the product they sold had a 1 year warranty. Instead of sending someone to repair the Chaise they insisted on replacing it. 2 months later the replacement Chaise shows up. The replacement is torn and the leg is broken off. I refused delivery. 2 months later I get the second replacement. Everything appeared to be okay. Shortly after the delivery guys leave I walk outside to find the a sofa leg in my driveway. The 2nd replacement also had a leg broken off. I immediately called the delivery guys who promised they would note that the 2nd replacement was also damaged. I never heard from A & O home delivery or Coleman Furniture again. I ended up spending a Saturday repairing my "new" reclining Chaise myself to the best of my ability. I read the reviews and ignored messages like this. Dont make the same mistake I did. DONT BUY FROM COLEMAN FURNITURE.
