Kind of an odd little outfit. I give it four stars out of 5, because ultimately the product was exactly what I wanted at a good price, without any telephone hassle. BUT - as I was following the product's progress, for two days, the status said "order being processed." Then after another day or so, it said "Order has been sent to warehouse for shipping." That lasted another two days. Then it said "order has shipped. you will get tracking information soon." Then I finally got tracking information, immediately followed by an email saying "Give us a review at resellerratings! Just odd. I had the feeling there was only one little old lady employee taking care of everything. Then the box arrives, kind of stained and beat up, filled with bubble balloons at the top and nothing at the bottom where the product is. It's OK, but again, just kind of odd. Not what I'm used to from other companies.
