Charge card was not charged - was told I would be contacted when it came in. Follow up email came in April that it would not be in until May (from Sony). Received email on May 11th that it was in and to contact them for payment. Received email same day that it shipped and given tracking number. Came by special freight and I was actually able to track it (never was able to do that before with other companies). Received the TV on May 17th. In excellent condition and perfect working order.
