They called to sell me a 5-year warranty, which I was not going to buy, until the salesguy, Michael Nagar, told me it included 2 years of free map upgrades, which made it practically free. It took forever for the product to arrive and naturally when it did, the 5-year warranty did NOT include any mention of map upgrades. I called them back and found out (naturally) they don\u0027t offer map upgrades. They flat-out lied to sell me a $59 warranty. They already had my business! So now I am telling everyone I know not to buy from them.
