Purchased 58 inch Samsung HDTV over July 4th holiday. They had free shipping with no other added costs. Item was billed to credit card within 24 hours and was shipped out two days later. Received via common carrier 4 days later in good condition. This transaction went smoothly and had no issues. You do need to monitor their web site carefully for add on shipping costs for fuel surcharge that is listed on web page even though they sometimes say free shipping it does not always cancel this charge.

Be aware of specific info on web page for canceling order,returns, and other policies. While others had issues with this company I had a positive experience.

Ordered a Panasonic SDR H40 camcorder. Service was very good and price hard to beat. Camera arrived in timely manner and works fine. Highly recommend to anyone. Had a great experience.
