I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against Letterfolders.com AKA Acedepot.com

I spoke and emailed Chris@acedepot.com and he issued me an RMA to return defective equipment on 2/9/10. I returned the equipment and emailed the RMA and tracking information to info@letterfolders.com. Since then, I have not received any refund for the equipment or a replacement. Chris called me in August after I contacted the company about a refund and told me that a credit was issued back to the credit card. There has not been a credit issued against the card. I have since emailed Chris requesting specific refund information to track the credit.
