There was an issue with me not receiving my order because I wasn\u0027t able to sign for the UPS delivery. It was sent back to Sonic Electronix, and when I called, they said they were going to have to charge me the shipping fee that they got from UPS. Their customer service was willing to work with me, and left me completely satisfied.
