Ordered some monster milk from here today and used the price match. The site accepted the price match and immediately said "verified". I placed the order the price matched plus shipping. I noticed I was eligible for the free shaker so I went back and made the change. Shipping went up after I added the free shaker. BEWARE! the site offers many things for free with your purchase but will tack it on to the new shipping price!! A few hours later I get an email telling me they couldnt match the price and made 'adjustments accordingly'. This means they charged me another $8 to my credit card! I called the customer service # and was told some mumbo jumbo about the competitor. I asked then why was my price match 'verified' and accepted? No answer. I was told my refund was under review. I filed a complaint with the Wisonsin BBB after i got off the phone. This place is a total scam.
