“The item the customer ordered was clearly marked as "Alternate Warehouse" which specifically states that it takes 3-7 weekdays to process (this does not include shipping time) and they picked the lowest cost freight "Basic Economy" which also states that it will delay orders by several days. Customer ordered on the June 5th, it was shipped June 13th and they received it on June 15th.”
