I tried to email them and after a week posted a comment on this site. I very promptly received an email from them after posting the comment. Turns out the wrong address was pulled from my PayPal account which is why I had not received them. Their customer service in dealing with this matter has been less than appealing, however they generously offered to send me new samples for free.
