Ordered a refurbished keyboard and a battery for my older Toshiba laptop. Products were in-stock, shipping costs were reasonable, items were well-packed, arrived promptly, and worked perfectly. Zero problems.

I needed a bunch of long video cables for multi-camera coverage of a robot competition. These guys had the best prices out there, so I ordered a bunch of them. After submitting their web order form, I realized that there was no shipping choice (I wanted 2-day shipping), and the fine print said to order by 800 number if you wanted different shipping. It was after they had closed for the day so the 800 number didn't help. I fired them a quick email explaining my situation, and a few days later my complete shipment arrived having been upgraded to 2-day as I had wanted. (Another company I ordered from at the same time didn't even get my shipment out a week later). With this kind of service I will definitely order from Hosfelt again.
