This is a great company to do business with. My original shipment is delayed. The customer service called me to follow up, very professionally. The product was delivered but with scratch. Another customer service helped me wiht the replacement, again very nice and polite.

Delayed shipment and damaged product is rare but I am very satisfied with their customer care. It will become one of my main online shops in the future. 5 stars!!

Just like others said, i was told "The item that you have ordered has been oversold and will not be available to us for approximately 4-6 weeks."
