I found OfficeWonderland via a Google search when I needed a specific type of mini-projector no longer in production I couldn't find anywhere else. The ordering process was effortless. I got the refurbished unit very quickly. Unfortunately, it didn't work upon arrival. I called my salesperson, Richard Cohen, and he apologized for the inconvenience and promptly provided me with a return authorization. In my experience this is where most companies fall down. Not OfficeWonderland. They had no issue with making sure it was made right. On top of this, there were no refurbished units in stock to replace my unit, so they just shipped me a new model at no additional charge. Now that's what I call customer service. They now have a lifetime customer. Other online retailers should learn from their example.
