THE COMPANY
In HB Watches we have a new upstart company.
I found the owner to be a pleasant professional individual. While looking for a particular new model of a watch, I called the company to verify that the model was indeed in stock. (Many other companies reported the watch in stock on their web site. But when telephoned to verify,…the response was always, that they expected the watch in any day now.)
THE WEB SERVICE
After confirming the watch was indeed in stock, I started the ordering process on the company’s web site. I found the web sites design was professionally laid out. However I was confessed for a moment by the sites payment method process.
I relayed the momentary confusion I had with the company’s web site to the owner. In literally minutes I received an E-mail response that the web sites payment method was now fixed to simplify the process.
THE SERVICE
I was amazed at this new company’s customer service. My E-mails were responded to literally within minutes. It was such a refreshing change. In my experience with most competitive companies, an E-mail response usually took days to receive. That is,…. If the company even bothers to respond at all!
EASE OF CONTACT
A telephone contact number is plainly posted on the company’s web site. And it is still the owner of this company who answers the telephone.
SHIPPING
The package I ordered was shipped within hours of my order. An E-mail provided me with a tracking number.
The package arrived as, and when expected.
CONCLUSION
This is a new company that gave me the impression that it wants to succeed. And unlike many new companies out there,….it realizes the path to success is through taking care of it’s customers.
