It was a pleasure dealing with Donald at powernotebooks.com. The company is courteous, responsive and quick to return calls and emails. I would purchase from them again.
I'm very pleased with my new computer. It's astonishingly fast, the screen is pretty with vibrant colors, the sound is great. I can plug my 5.1 (or 7.1) speakers directly into the audio output jacks on the side, and they sound as good as an X-Fi card in a desktop PC. It's slightly slimmer than the 15' notebooks with a second hard drive option, so it's a little better for travelling. If you need a second hard drive this may not be the model you want. That SATA III drive is very fast, and worth the upgrade price, so RAID wasn't necessary for me. The bigfoot card is fast too, and worth the $60 upgrade. I feel very good about the performance I got for my money.
