They offered a great deal on a watch that I searched the internet for additional pictures and reviews.

The review were great, when I received the watch - instead of the band pictured everywhere (including their site) - which was a medium brown - it came with a weird bright orange. The result: it's unwearable...

Their deals are very tempting but if you happen to be the unlucky one to receive a fluke, their service is terrible.

I'm out of the country and had to have it sent to me, and when I wrote to them about it, all I got was what sounded like a standard reply of "defective items have to be reported within 21 days for returns"

This was definitely a mistake on their part - I don't know if it was a knockoff or an imperfect from the company, but they should make sure that what they sell matches the product description and photos they are advertising.

I've never before written a bad review, but unfortunately this is the first time I am forced to.
