STAY AWAY!!!! I called BestBuyPCS to order an 55" LG television, their website said it was in stock with free shipping. When I got the salesman on the phone, he promptly told my shipping was not free, but was in fact $199! He said he would drop the shipping to $99, but the whole time telling me how he was doing me a favor and that since it was the last unit they should be selling it over price. I placed the order, but then a little later they called me and told me it was out of stock and then proceeded to try and upsell me to a more expensive television. I was at work and told the salesman I couldn't talk and wasn't interested, after it became clear I wasn't going to buy, he just hung up, no goodbye or anything. I don't even know if they cancelled my order! STAY AWAY!!!! THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!!!!
