Just plain AWFUL! I ordered a light 11 weeks ago. The light was listed as "in stock" on their website. I called this company at least 15 times over the past 11 weeks. Each time I was assured I would receive the light within a week. A week would come and go and still no light. I can't tell you how many times I called to try and find out what was going on with my order and the guy would say, "Let me look in to it and I'll call you within 10 minutes". Not once did he ever call me back. Phone messages were never returned and emails were never reposnded to. After 10 weeks of this I cancelled my order. It took another week for them to cancel my order and refund my money. By the way, they will charge your credit card as soon as you place the order, not when they actually ship your order. Good luck trying to get your money back if you need to cancel. That will take an additional 3-5 phone calls for that to happen. I am a frequent online shopper and have been for years. I can tell you that by far this is the Worst experience I have ever had. This company is just plain awful!!
