Ordered on 1/9/10, said my order was received. 2 weeks later they cancel my order and claim that it was out of stock. Ok, but they sent the same email to 2700+ people with all of our emails for the world to see. What a terrible company!

I ordered a PedEgg on 1/4/09 and received it today (1/12/09), so unlike many customers, I did receive the item. However, I didn't get a Pedegg...I received some cheap knockoff that looks nothing like what they had advertised.

I contacted their customer support tonight, but I don't expect much. I'll definitely update this review once I receive some kind of resolution to this order. Right now, they get an big fat F.

They called to verify order & let me know that 1 item was not in stock. They found a very similar item that worked for me. Very personable and friendly. Items arrived in a timely manner.
