We have 2 Oreck's/ 1 is great the other is pure crap! My wife is disabled and the lightweight is why we purchased both vacs. We bought both from QVC. Both are under warranty. QVC would NOT replace broken vacuum nor would Oreck.
Oreck would however allow us to take it to the local Oreck stgore for repairs that were NOT covered.
The problem is that the bag will not seat correctly on the vacuum and blows dirt everywhere!
Oreck's Customer Service is terrible and vety unresponsive to the problem.
Will not EVER buy another Oreck vac regardless of model!

Extremely disappointed in this company! Communications between customer and salesagent(1st salesman went on Emergency Leave and 2nd person ignored all phone and email contacts until we called owner) was practcally non existent and between the Installation Dept was terrible!
This company subcontracts all its work! The salesman never took any drawings for our MBR remodel and relied on all my measurements and drawings to do the job for the remodel.
The Installation Dept did not allow for a final visit to finish any unaddressed items in the remodel and argued with us about "the final work not being written in the contract". Moulding was left unfinished, gaps in the floor and shower pan were very evident, no caulk around seams.
The Corian shower template was not done correctly. The vanity top was not done correctly which made the sinks way too close to the walls so mirrors and lights were actually touching the walls not centered.
I must give "kudos" to all the subcontractors EXCEPT the Corian template company, aka StoneCrafters,Inc. While the installers did a bang up job creatively fixing the mistakes the Corian was cut to small and as stated above the vanity top NOT drawn or sized correctly.

The initial vanity top material, Quartz, was not as selected in Showroom.
But the Sales person we dealt with, Faith, went out of her way to get us what we wanted. BUt I must add that the Installation dept, Lisa and Allison were somewhat adverse to helping us out in any way and blamed it all on the Salesman and material selection.

Again the Sales and Installation coordinators never contacted us about any follow up work nor did they communicate effectively the entire job. The job was to take 4 days according to the Salesman but took 10 weeks on an very small MBR.

Just plain lousy communication and very unfriendly Cabt Discounter employees to deal with.
I would not recommend Cabinet Discounters to anyone at all.
Yes their prices were the lowest we got of 4 estimates but the handling of the job was sub par.

This place shows a great tv ad and gives a great 1st look but after that it is a scam job!! Called them up for a bathroom remodel. Told to come to Rockville showroom. Showed up at showroom(35miles away)only to find out that an appointment WAS needed b4 anyone would talk to us.Made an appointment...3 weeks later still no contact(Sales Rep Melissa?). Called and found out they lost our contact info. They sent out an estimator who took drawings dimensions and discussed the job with us.Melissa(?) contacted us about 2 weeks later with an estimater well over $20,000 for a 6'x12' br for a vanity and shower replacement and upgrade to Corian.We called the estimator who agreed the cost was way too high for the job. He resubmitted the job..never heard from MB&T again! In the packet of info was also a Certificate of Price Match guarantee. We submitted 2 estimates that were $5000-7000 less for the exact same job and talked to Melissa about it. She refused to to remodel our bathroom with any of the other estimates.
This company only caters to the rich and well to do with work at $25k or more.
They are scammers, deceivers and frauds!!

This is a QVC TV dealer. We bought 3 Ultrasonic humidifiers from Air_innovations aka Great Innovations because of thier great "promo" on QVC. Initially a year ago when advertised, there was NO mention that you MUST use distilled water versus tap water. A gallon of water only lasts about 5-10 hrs depending on your mist setting.
After a weeks use, our house was layered with a white powder film on everything! Tables, glass, windows, mirrors, TV, stereos...just a huge mess and the white powder clinged to everything!
We called QVC, They would do nothing but refer us to the mfg,. Air-Innovations aka Great Innovations.
After talking to a very nasty, arrogant Customer Service rep who continued to tell us in a condescending voice that the distilled water we were using was NOT in fact distilled water, we talked to a Supervisor. Now at 3 humidifiers ate $1 a gal and $3 a day, it was $25 a week!!! The Supervisor would NOT refund our money!
These units are trash and the health hazard is tremendous to both human and a pets respiratory system. Not to mention the constant cleaning of the heavy white powder left on everything possible.
Do yourself a favor, buy a console humidifier that uses a large HEPA filter.We bought 2 and have not had 1 drop of any white powder since.
Dont waste your money. These are a healt hazard and we have had the local County Health Dep take samples for examination.

I have bought 5 computers from Gateway over 10 years. All arrive fine but some still needed Tech Support and 3 came with constant motherboard problems.
I had purchased "Extended-In Home" warrantys with every one.
They are worthless!!! These people scammed me out of over $500 for "pay to play" tech support when I had BNIB computer that came defective!!!! The support I had paid for "in-home" I had to repay for on-line and not only would GW NOT send out a tech, they coulnot even fi the RAID drive problem on line!! They are jerks!! and scammers.
They are a scam artist extrodinaire!!!

Get a good computer and go Puget Systems.
Never will recommend or buy another Gateway product!
As a business man I have removed ALL GW equipment and purchased Macs or Puget systems eqpt.

Watch out for this scam job business. We were sent here to buy a Peterson Ngas log set which we were scammed by The Victorian Fireplace Shop(see review).
Salesman@Jesse told us THEY were the exclusive Peterson dealer for this area and that the above store was in violation of Peterson's warranty delivery/sales area. We were also told that before a sale could be taken we MUST have the Frederick County gas line permit "pulled" to verify we were "in code".
We had no permit due to the fact the plumber who installed the initial fireplace(wood) conversion to natural gas scammed us also! Turned out when we asked for permit he was an unlicensed plumber in Frederick County!
So Jesse referred us to the licensed Frederick County plumber they use to instal their products. This being Melron Plumbing.
Upon setting up an appointment and inspection, Melron told us he was a licensed Frederick County plumber and told me that he would get the permit and call us in the next few days.
We waited and called for 3 weeks only to find out that Jesse's "so called licensed Frederick County plumber" was indeed NOT a licensed County plimber yet he had installed numerous gas fireplaces in the County!
When Jesse was confronted with this fact he then told us that The Fireplace Store had been scammed by Melron!
I aked if that was so how did he "pull" the permits before installing all the 15-20 years of gas fireplaces???
He would not and couldnot answer.
We then called Peterson, Inc in California only to find out that this dealer wasNOT an authorized dealer to install their products in Frederick County!! Only 1 dealer was and it was not them!

We reported them to the BBB and Maryland Attorney General Consumer Division for fraud and misrepresentation.
If you live in Frederick County DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!

Bought a Canon lens via "Buy.com." Sales price with shipping was $1701.20.
Checked my credit card bill and they charged me $40 for shipping and billed me for $1739! I called Customer Service(Focus Camera and AcePhoto&Digital) and thye said they would correct bill with faxed buy.com invoice.
They didNOT and billed me the $1740 anyway. They now will not answer Customer Service phone or respond to eamils.
DoNot EVER buy from these scam artists!

This was a follow-up order for my Canon EOS 20D-that order was close to perfect. I ordered on-line some forgotten accys. It was late afternoon. My order was here(Maryland) the next morning with regular UPS. These people are GREAT!! I recommend them to anyone. I hope your experience with them is as enjoyable as mine.

Did not receive order when due so I called ONLY to find out camera was on Foreign Backorder. This was after I received and email saying item was shipped that day. After spending 30 minutes on "ignore" and dealing with downright nasty customer service reps, I CANCELLED my backorder. I proceeded to inform A&M that Federal Trade Comm. law requires them to inform a customer when an item is Backordered so they can choose to wait or cancel order. They said law was not for internet. WRONG answer Oscar!!! This place is a scam!! Check reseller.com for more horror stories.
