I ordered a Benro tripod from SuperDigitalCity on 7/18/11. Shipment was processed and shipped very quickly. Item arrived just as described from the seller.

Price shopping, I've found that SuperDigitalCity had one of the lowest price on the net.

I did have a manufacture defective product by Benro(NO fault for SuperDigitalCity). The tripod center rubber at the end of the column was rubbed onto the carbon fiber legs thus creating a noticeable fade on the carbon fiber legs.

SuperDigitalCity customer service was TOP NOTCH. Communication was excellent and the exchange process was smooth. I highly recommend SuperDigitalCity.

DO NOT ORDER from this store. It's a bait and switch scam.

Advertised Canon 100mm macro lens for $399 but call to confirm order and they told me it's not for digital and that it was a film lens.

What a scam!

STAY FAR FAR AWAY from them. Lies, TERRIBLE customer service (Rude, hangs up on you, pressure upsale).

As everyone said, it's a bait and switch scam.

Make sure your check your credit card transaction.
