I bought 7 or 8 parts on the 26th. I have not received any shipping notifications, but did receive one of the parts by UPS. The email I received after the purchase said I would receive shipping confirmation but I have not heard anything. I called once and left a message and even faxed my invoice without a response. When I made the purchade I used a coupon code that stated 5% off and free shipping. I did not get the free shipping. I emailed with out a repsonse. The fact of the matter is they have decent to great prices on there GM parts. As long as I receive all of my parts in a timely manner I will over look their customer serivce and lack of response time. Their website should update shipping information on individual parts like Summitracing or advance auto.

update 12/08/11- I received the rest of my parts today. They were well packaged. I sent oehq an email asking about the rest of my parts. They responded quickly. No so much by phone. I dont want to be overly critical. They did deliver all of my parts in a timeley manner, just no shipping notification. I added some more stars because they came through in the end, Good job!
