This is the worst internet experience EVER. I bought a Sun Mountain Speed Cart and it came damaged because it was not packed in Manuf. packaging. It was also the wrong color. I have spent 7 weeks trying to get an RMA to return and was not able to. I had to go to Sun Mountain and they took care of the repair and even paid the shipping (great company). This AHOLE hung up on me when I tried to get my return. He never responds to email and it will take 20 calls to get through. NEVER EVER buy from this guy. BTW, this is my first ever negative rating as i always give a fair chance to settle problems
