Desperate to fix my washing machine I called Sears about parts and was directed to as salesperson. He was helpful and pleasant, although he would not give me the total until after I gave my credit card information. Extremely shady. In the end, it cost me over $10 more for the part, and over $10 more for taxes and shipping then if I\u0027d have just guessed and ordered it off of the website. $57 for a $22 part. Blah.
