Contacted BuyDakota.com and told I was out of the 90 warranty. Basically, out-of-luck I was told by Kim in Customer Service. I then requested for her supervisor, Jamie Wonkum(sp?), an owner of the company for some help and he refused. Therefore, I am left with a TV that does not work and no way of rectifying the situation. In this type of economy that\u0027s not what a service oriented company wants to evoke in a response from a customer. I will do business with other purveyors on the web and not this one for the remainder.
