Today is Nov 9. I still have not received the shoes, nor the refund as they suggested. I haven't heard from them in 4 days.

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM SHOEMALL AGAIN! And, I suggest you do the same.

Purchased an Innopocket case for my Palm Tungsten E. Arrive last night and it is great.

Shipping took a little longer than I would have liked, but when I looked into it I realized that Innopocket was in Hong Kong... no wonder. I think Innopocket should be a little bit more open about where they are and ALWAYS use a shipping method with tracking.

Ordered a product that their site said was "in stock" three weeks later it had not even been processed and an "order id" assigned to it. When I called, I was told that it was "out of stock" and they didn't know when it would be stocked. I was forced to cancel my order.

Additionally, their web designers are incapable of supporting multiple browsers efficiently. They seem to be stuck doing IE-specific development.
