I also received a letter apologizing which included a couple of gift cards for me to use. I\u0027m happy to have my money back -- I recommend not purchasing something that is on back order, but otherwise I think they will be fine.<br><br>---<br>3.5 months later and I have NO PRODUCT, NO REFUND. I asked for a refund after 2 months of not receiving the item and they canceled my order but NEVER refunded my payment.
