TWO WEEKS after not receiving any confirmation or tracking number emails, I emailed them to ask the status. Four days later, they responded to say they FORGOT about my order. Although they did respond and upgrade my shipping from ground to 2-day, needless to say I will NOT be shopping from a place that promptly ignores my order. Buyer beware!
