purchased an archos 32 was junk so i sent it back got a full refund no restocking fee nothing.. although they said that the return could take 30 days it only took three days once they got it. although i have not actually received my money back yet because it takes three to five days to transfer uhg! returning was a hassle but no more then usual had to make a few phone calls fill out a couple forms blah blah blah. but every time a called i got a real human after about 5 or so minuets! the order came quickly and it wasn't there fault that the product was crap. all and all i had a good experience with them no complaints!
