Bought an Olympus PEN E-PL1 Micro 4/3 digital camera from them. It was fulfilled by "Cameta Camera". They accepted payment via PayPal and took a little while to respond via e-mail (few hours). Shipped in about 1 day, and took 5 business days (as advertised) to arrive via FedEx ground. Shipping was free and the price was almost too good to be true.

I called in to Customer Service once before ordering and they were moderately helpful. I don't expect much when calling in in the first place though.

Would check them again when comparing prices and ordering. Generally had no problems with Buy.com.
