I was surprised to see some customers have left poor reviews, because I had a very positive experience ordering from AudioLines, and I got a fantastic price on the pro studio equipment I was after (a pair of Digidesign RM2 monitors). The items were "open box", but in mint condition, so I was overall extremely pleased with the whole transaction, and got a MUCH better price than I would've been able to get elsewhere. Also the customer service was excellent, with the same representative helping me with various questions through the whole order process.
In my opinion it is always common sense when ordering B-stock items to PHONE the company first to see which items they have in stock, and what the condition is (I've always done this when ordering B-stock audio equipment from anywhere). As my item was open box I phoned Audio Lines and they always picked up the phone straight away and were willing to spend the time to answer queries.
This is a great company and I will definitely be ordering from them again. Also I'm ordering quite high end equipment, and I'd defintiely trust them at least as much as any other re-seller that I have dealt with. Highly recommended.
