I purchased a Motorola Razr2 V9 phone from my world phone on dec 10 for xmas gift ending up needing a new sim card old style at&t didn't work. Wasn't put into service until mid jan. apx the 5th time it was charged the female socket came out when I unplug the charger. two phone calls and 2 e-mails to my world phone and no one would get back to me on warranty. I finaly contacted motorola they told me it would be considered physical damage (not covered) but if I wanted to dispute it I could sent $75 and the phone and they would inspect it. don't buy motorola and don't consider MyWorldPhone
