Contacted teachgearnow.com and spoke with Steven. I was informed to return it and another unit would be sent out to me. Mailed system back via FedEx and it was mysteriously lost. Fedex tried to track the package down but could not. I will be refunded the cost of the system by FedEx. Thanks FedEx for getting me out of this deal with techgearnow. Don\u0027t buy anything from these guys.
