I had always been delighted with Telephony Depot, great online sales support and after sales tech support. But this time they have won themselves some one stars for their sloppy service.
I bought a Panasonic VOIP desk phone in December. It has a technical problem, I called Panasonic and they denied even acknowledging that the phone exists. I contacted Telephony Depot and they asked a couple of questions, told me they were waiting for input from Panasonic and since then they have just ignored my emails, I have not heard back from them since January.
The Panasonic phone would be great if it worked properly, I probably won't use Telephony Depot again because it sucks being hung out to dry by an online seller that cannot or will not support a product that they sold you.
EDIT: Wow resellerratings.com's merchant member programme works and the response to this review from Telephony Depot was impressive.
The day after writing this review I was contacted by email. I got an apology, an explanation of how the system had failed me and a refund. Thanks to the Telephony Depot team for making this right again.
EDIT AGAIN: I have subsequently upped my star rating of Telephony Depot to reflect their professionally turning around a lumpy and probably embarrassing customer services issue.
