They had the lowest price on the net and also offered free Fedex Ground shipping. I was a little nervous about placing an order with APC because there was not much feedback on them. Prior to ordering, I sent a message to the Customer Service link on their web site to find out if the item I wanted was actually in stock and available for immediate delivery. They promptly answered my email and said they had it in stock. I placed my order and received the monitor within 4 business days. I was extremely pleased, especially since I had previously tried to purchase this monitor from a much better known online shop only to find out it was unexpectedly out of stock.
